#DVAWARE: Shedding Light Video Series 2020

A Safe Place is pleased to present a video series to answer questions and dispel myths about Domestic Violence.

Every Monday in October, a new video will be released from one of our many survivors, telling their story and describing various barriers and struggles they faced in their efforts to move beyond domestic violence.

Every Wednesday an Advocate video will provide feedback and further insight to our survivor videos, and answer any questions submitted by the general public to create awareness and better understanding overall.

Our video series will culminate on Wednesday, Oct. 28 with a Live-Streamed ZOOM Panel Discussion featuring multiple advocates from A Safe Place ready and willing to answer your questions on the spot and have the conversation about what each individual can do to aid in the cause.

Videos go live on facebook.com/ASafePlaceLakeCo. Questions can be submitted online or emailed to mkolodziej@asafeplaceforhelp.org.
