Teen Talk

A Safe Place talks to students in middle and high schools across Lake County about healthy relationships and dating abuse with presentations in classrooms, after school groups, and other youth programs. We emphasize recognizing healthy and unhealthy behaviors in relationships and what to do if you are in an unhealthy, possibly violent situation.

If you are interested in getting your school or group involved, we can provide posters and information about how to get the word out to other students.

A Safe Place is always open to hearing from and working with students on how they would like to address the issue of teen dating violence in their school or community. We want to help teens have safe, healthy relationships.
