Each year, the Unmask the Violence Gala supports the efforts of A Safe Place, which is the only comprehensive nonprofit agency solely focused on programs and services for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking and their children in Lake County, IL.

Because of our incredible supporters last year, we served over 32,000 individuals, adults and children alike, who came to use in times of uncertainty. With the continued support, we empower our clients with the tools they need to find their voices and embark on a new journey.
