Care Groups

It shouldn’t hurt to go home

Does your partner…
  • Call you names?
  • Always have to be right?
  • Say “forgive and forget”?
  • Have control of the finances?
  • Ignore or minimize your feelings?
  • Isolate you or make you feel alone?
  • Blame you for all the problems in the relationship?

Whether you are grieving, healing, needing a safe person to talk to, or trying to make it work with your partner, we provide a safe space to process and make sense of your feelings.

Our Women’s Care Group fosters empowerment, intimacy, healthy communication, conflict resolution skills, and a better understanding of self in a confidential, safe, therapeutic environment. Develop strategies and tools to repair and heal your pain. Women in all stages of relationships are welcome.

From your first phone call to your attendance at the group, we provide a safe environment in which you will feel comfortable to discuss your feelings, thoughts, fears, and concerns. All services are completely free of charge.

The facilitators are non-judgmental advisors who listen and help you through the things you are experiencing.

Attending our care group allows you to connect with others who have been through similar situations, reduce the feeling of isolation, and lend advice from others on how they got through tough experiences.
