Care Groups

It shouldn’t hurt to go home

Does your partner…
  • Call you names?
  • Always have to be right?
  • Say “forgive and forget”?
  • Have control of the finances?
  • Ignore or minimize your feelings?
  • Isolate you or make you feel alone?
  • Blame you for all the problems in the relationship?

Whether you are grieving, healing, seeking a safe person to talk to, or navigating challenges in your relationship, we provide a supportive space to process and make sense of your feelings.

Our Care Group fosters empowerment, emotional connection, healthy communication, conflict resolution skills, and deeper self-understanding in a confidential, safe, and therapeutic environment. You’ll develop strategies and tools to heal and move forward with strength.

From your first phone call to your attendance at the group, you’ll find a welcoming space where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, fears, and concerns. All services are completely free of charge.
